Sanan Optoelectronics: Hello, the total planned investment for the semiconductor industrialization project of Hunan Sanan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is 16 billion yuan (including land use rights and working capital). After the project reaches full production, the supporting production capacity will be about 360,000 pieces/year. Hunan Sanan's silicon carbide industry chain includes crystal growth-substrate production-epitaxial growth-chip preparation-packaging. As of the end of June 2022, Hunan Sanan has reached a production capacity of 6,000 pieces/month, and the production capacity is gradually increasing.
