Hunan Sanan's silicon carbide industry chain includes crystal growth-substrate production-epitaxial growth-chip preparation-packaging. Silicon carbide substrates have been sent to many international manufacturers for sample verification, and have been verified and sold by customers. Silicon carbide diode products have covered PFC power supplies, on-board chargers, photovoltaic inverters, home appliances and other application fields. Major customers include a well-known domestic customer, Weimaisi, Fudi Power (BYD), Sungrow Power Supply, Growatt, GoodWe, Sineng, Deye, Vertiv, Bit, Great Wall, Infineon, Kehua, Invt, Gree and other customers; Silicon carbide MOSFET products have been sent to dozens of customers for verification, and the foundry business has cooperated with leading new energy vehicle supporting enterprises; the cooperation between automotive-grade products and key new energy vehicle customers has made major breakthroughs, and the depth and breadth of business cooperation intentions are constantly extending.
