Sanan Optoelectronics: Hunan Sanan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is mainly engaged in the research and development and industrialization of third-generation compound semiconductors such as silicon carbide and silicon-based gallium nitride, including crystal growth-substrate production-epitaxial growth-chip preparation-packaging industry chain, with a total planned investment of 16 billion yuan. After the project reaches full production, the supporting production capacity will be about 360,000 pieces/year. The company's power electronic products are mainly high-power density silicon carbide diodes, MOSFETs and silicon-based gallium nitride products. More than 500 customers have sent samples of silicon carbide diodes, and more than 200 customers have shipped them. More than 60 products have entered the mass production stage, including benchmark customers of PFC power supplies such as Vertiv, Bit, and Great Wall; the top 20 domestic customers of photovoltaic inverters such as Sungrow Power Supply, Growatt, GoodWe, and Cosda have all entered; customers such as on-board chargers such as Weimaisi and Fudi Power (BYD); in the field of home appliances, Gree and Changhong; in charging piles and UPS Infineon, Kehua, INVT, and Gain Capital; in silicon-based gallium nitride products, about 60 customers have completed engineering sample delivery and system verification, 24 of which have entered the mass production stage, with excellent product performance. Industrial-grade silicon carbide MOSFET products have been sent to customers for verification, and automotive-grade products are cooperating with many car companies for tape-out design and testing; the cooperation between automotive-grade silicon carbide MOSFET and key customers of new energy vehicles has made major breakthroughs.
