Sanan Optoelectronics: The company's power electronics products mainly include high-power density silicon carbide diodes, MOSFETs and silicon-based gallium nitride products. At present, the benchmark customers of on-board chargers include Weimaisi, Fudi Power (BYD) and other customers; in terms of charging piles and UPS, there are customers such as Infineon, Kehua, Invt, and Gain Capital. In terms of silicon-based gallium nitride products, it has completed the engineering sample delivery and system verification of many customers and entered the mass production stage with excellent product performance. Silicon carbide MOSFET automotive-grade products are cooperating with many car companies for wafer design and testing; the cooperation between silicon carbide MOSFET automotive-grade and key customers of new energy vehicles has made major breakthroughs. Hunan Sanan Semiconductor, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Beijing CHJ Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of Ideal Auto, have jointly established a joint venture company, Suzhou Sike Semiconductor Co., Ltd., which mainly engages in the manufacture and sales of power electronic components and the manufacture and sales of discrete semiconductor devices.
