SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Co., Ltd. implements a 3% discount on all employees' salaries

According to reports, SAIC Passenger Vehicle will implement a 30% salary reduction policy for all employees starting from July. Employees with performance ratings of B or below will face a greater reduction, with employees with performance ratings of C or below seeing their salaries reduced by at least 15%. The company also requires some employees to sign performance appraisal adjustment documents, otherwise they may face the risk of being interviewed by HR or even terminated.
