Sanan Optoelectronics: Sanan's integrated power electronic products are mainly high-power density silicon carbide power diodes, MOSFETs and silicon-based gallium nitride power devices. The company has 182 silicon carbide diode customers, 92 sample customers, 35 mass production customers, and more than 30 products have entered the mass production stage. Two diode products have passed vehicle certification, and four sample customers have sent samples. They are currently undergoing packaging testing.
