AEB is mainly composed of three modules, including the ranging module (sensor), the control module (central processing unit), and the braking module (executor unit). The ranging module is the key to the entire AEB system. It is necessary to use sensors to accurately obtain the real-time road conditions around the vehicle and complete the collection of external information. The main methods currently include single/binocular cameras, millimeter-wave radar + camera, 4D imaging radar + camera, and solutions that integrate lidar. Thank you.
