Yuancheng's Si/SiC-based second-generation module for new energy commercial vehicles - H1C is about to be installed and tested

The H1C, a second-generation Si/SiC-based module for new energy commercial vehicles developed by Yuancheng, is expected to start vehicle testing in September this year. This module was jointly developed by Yuancheng's Zhixin Technology and Geely Technology's Jingneng Microelectronics, and is designed to meet the use requirements of new energy commercial vehicles under high-intensity and complex working conditions. Compared with the previous generation of inverter products, the overall weight of this module is reduced by about 5%, greatly improving space utilization and having obvious cost advantages.
