AVIC Electro-Mechanical Test acquires Chengfei Group for RMB 17.439 billion

AVIC Electro-Mechanical Test announced that it would acquire 100% of the shares of Chengfei Group for RMB 17.439 billion. After the transaction is completed, the shareholding ratio of AVIC in AVIC Electro-Mechanical Test will increase from 0.62% to 78.07%.
