NAURA epitaxial equipment shipments exceed 1,000

By the end of 2023, NAURA has released more than 20 mass-produced epitaxial equipment, with cumulative shipments exceeding 1,000 cavities. The company has the epitaxial growth technology capabilities for various materials such as monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, SiC, GaN, etc., covering application needs in the fields of integrated circuits, power semiconductors, compound semiconductors, etc. NAURA expects revenue of 11.41-13.14 billion yuan in the first half of 2024, a year-on-year increase of 35.40%-55.93%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company is 2.57-2.96 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 42.84%-64.51%.
