Owners' demand surges, 300Ah+ battery cells accelerate penetration

In the bidding market, most battery companies are actively promoting 300Ah+ cells. At the same time, many owners such as central/state-owned enterprises clearly specify the use of 314Ah cells in their procurement requirements. For example, some recent large-scale energy storage projects, such as the Baotou Aluminum Industrial Park Green Power Supply Project and the Inner Mongolia Daihai New Energy Ulanqab "Wind, Solar, Fire, Storage and Hydrogen Integration" Energy Base Project, have put forward procurement requirements for 314Ah cells. According to market research, the market penetration rate of 300Ah+ energy storage cells has reached about 30%. Some battery manufacturers said that the penetration rate of 314Ah energy storage cells has exceeded 35%, and even some leading system integrators have revealed that the proportion of 314Ah cells they use is as high as 80%.
