In the announcement of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in November 2023, two Xiaomi-branded cars were unveiled, with product models BJ7000MBEVR2 and BJ7000MBEVA1, and the name of the manufacturer is Beijing Automotive Group Off-Road Vehicle Co., Ltd. Although Xiaomi Auto has not yet obtained production qualifications, it has begun production with the help of BAIC Off-Road Vehicle. These two cars are the first models of Xiaomi Auto, named "SU7".
