BMW China responds to rumors of withdrawal from price war

Recently, a blogger said on a social media platform that due to the price war, BMW will stabilize prices and ease the operating pressure of stores by reducing sales volume from July. In the second half of the year, BMW will focus on business quality in the Chinese market and support dealers to make steady progress. At the end of May this year, BMW sent a letter to all dealers and stores, saying that in view of the market background and the huge impact brought by domestic brands, it has decided to open a number of substantial subsidy reduction policies for BMW 4S stores. The reduction policies include new car sales, customer support and service, BMW Finance, dealer development and used car business in many fields, aiming to help dealers cope with short-term difficulties and ease business pressure.
