Guibu Microelectronics Launches the World's First 8T8R CMOS 4D Imaging Radar RF Single Chip

Guibu Microelectronics recently released the world's first 8T8R CMOS process 4D imaging radar RF single chip. This chip uses a 77GHz frequency, has high performance and low cost, and will have a profound impact on the field of high-level intelligent driving. The chip has excellent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) performance, provides higher output power and lower noise factor (NF), and supports LoP packaging to improve overall SNR. In addition, the chip also has the characteristics of easy thermal management and better radiation isolation performance.
