Product development history of Zonghui Xingguang

Changzhou Zonghui Xingguang Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (Chinese abbreviation "Zonghui Xingguang", English abbreviation: Vertilite) was established in December 2015. It is an innovative optoelectronic semiconductor company dedicated to providing high-power and high-frequency vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) solutions to global customers, focusing on the research and development and production of VCSEL chips and modules and other products. It took 3 years to develop the first generation of VCSEL products, started market promotion in 2017, officially introduced the products to end customers in 2018, and began mass delivery in 2019. As of July 2023, the output of epitaxial wafers exceeded 9,000 pieces, exceeding the sum of other domestic VCSEL manufacturers, and the cumulative shipments of chips exceeded 90 million.
