Nvidia's next-generation Rubin AI accelerator will be equipped with HBM4

Nvidia announced that its next-generation Rubin AI accelerator will be equipped with HBM4. HBM4 has twice the number of channels per stack compared to HBM3, and physically occupies a larger space. The standard ensures that a single controller can use both HBM3 and HBM4 when needed. Different configurations require different adapter boards to adapt to different packages.
