Rohm increases investment in SiC business, targets sales of $1.52 billion

Faced with the huge SiC market potential, Rohm plans to increase its SiC business sales from US$760 million in fiscal 2025 to US$1.52 billion in fiscal 2027. To achieve this goal, Rohm will expand sales of its SiC power module business globally, and it is expected to achieve sales of US$413.7 million by fiscal 2027.
