The company's R&D and operations headquarters is located in Minhang District, Shanghai. It has 5,000 square meters of high-end silicon carbide experiments and office space. It has a 25,000 square meter digital production base and a 67-acre R&D and production center under construction in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. It has established R&D institutions and production bases in Nanjing, Switzerland, the United States and other places. Zhizhan Technology is an innovator of third-generation power semiconductor devices and advanced power conversion systems. It has launched ZIPACKT™ high-performance silicon carbide modules and SICTeX™ silicon carbide advanced power conversion systems, which have been mass-produced and applied in new energy vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell systems, on-board electric air conditioning compressor drives, industrial drives, as well as aviation/ship electric propulsion, special electrified power systems, photovoltaics, charging, energy storage and other fields.
