Zhizhan Technology Product Introduction

The SiCTeXTM series of SiC advanced electric drive systems and ZiPACKTM high-performance SiC power modules launched by Zhizhan Technology have been applied in batches to high-speed turbine equipment such as fuel cell engines, micro gas turbine starting power generation systems, centrifugal blowers, as well as aviation/ship electric propulsion, special electrified power systems, etc. At present, R&D and testing capabilities covering the third-generation power semiconductor device level, module level and system level have been established. Zhizhan Technology has launched the SiCTeX series of silicon carbide advanced power conversion systems, which occupy more than 60% of the domestic market share in the field of hydrogen energy vehicle air compressor drives, and revealed that it is expected to be used in hydrogen fuel trains in the future.
