Bibost will deliver more than 400,000 units in 2024

On July 2, 2024, in the clean workshop of Biboster (Jiangsu) Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., an integrated wire control brake system BIBC (One-Box) product rolled off the production line every 45 seconds. These products are sold to well-known domestic vehicle manufacturers such as Dongfeng, Wuling, and Geely. Compared with traditional braking systems, the technical advantages of BIBC (One-Box) are very obvious. The pressure build-up speed of less than 150 milliseconds means faster response speed and greatly improved safety. The product has chassis integrated control capabilities and can meet L3/L4 unmanned driving requirements. The cost of single-vehicle wire control brakes is reduced by 30%, and the profit margin of car companies is higher. Last year, more than 100,000 sets of products were delivered in just half a year, and it is expected that more than 400,000 sets will be delivered this year. Biboster (Shanghai) Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in May 2021 and established a production base in Nantong North High-tech Zone in 2022. Less than a year after settling in, Biboster successfully developed and mass-produced a series of products such as BIBC (One-Box), electronic body stability control system BESC, and electro-hydraulic wire control system BEBS. At present, the annual output of full-stack intelligent braking products reaches 2 million sets.
