According to people familiar with the matter, due to the impact of the price war, it is estimated that in 2024, the sales of the three luxury brands BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi in the Chinese market will lose about 500,000 vehicles. Many industry insiders believe that BMW's price reduction strategy in China will not bring sales growth, but may dilute its brand effect. In the latest week's luxury brand sales ranking data in the Chinese auto market, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Tesla ranked first, second and third respectively, while domestic brands Ideal, Wenjie, Weilai, Zeekr and Denza also performed well, ranking fourth, sixth, seventh, ninth and tenth respectively.
