Hengtong Copper announced plans to acquire the remaining 49% stake in Hengtong Copper Foil with RMB 293 million of its own funds. This move will give Hengtong Copper full control of Hengtong Copper Foil, which focuses on the production of electrolytic copper foil, including 6-micron and 4.5-micron products.
