Valeo seeks buyers for three French plants

As production across Europe falls, auto parts supplier Valeo is looking for buyers for two factories and a research and development center in France. The factories are running low on business, while the research and development center requires an expensive overhaul to continue operating. Valeo said its top priority is protecting jobs, with about 1,000 employees in the three factories.
