The Shandong Jidian Electric Battery Assembly Project in Zaozhuang High-tech Zone, Shandong Province, was recently completed and put into production, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, a planned land area of ​​117 acres, a construction area of ​​44,000 square meters, and 5 production lines with an annual production capacity of 150,000 sets of battery packs. The product has the characteristics of high safety, high energy density, and super fast charging, and can achieve a charge from 10% to 80% within 30 minutes. The degree of automation of the production base can reach more than 90%, and all key positions are unmanned. The 5 advanced production lines are running at full speed. On average, a battery pack is offline in less than 2 minutes, and the single-line production efficiency is only 117 seconds.
