Qorvo's SiC business achieves strong growth

In the first quarter financial report of fiscal year 2024, Qorvo has received millions of dollars in orders for SiC power devices from AI servers and other data center applications. In order to ensure the supply of SiC bare wafers and epitaxial wafers required for future development, Qorvo has signed a multi-year cooperation agreement with Korean wafer manufacturer SK Siltron CSS.
