Introduction to Fudi Technology Brake Factory

Fudi Technology Brake Factory was established in 2005 and is headquartered in Pingshan, Shenzhen. The company has been committed to vehicle braking system technology solutions, engaged in the research and development, production and sales of braking products, and its products cover the three major industries of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and rail transit. The brake industry has more than 1,000 employees and an output value of RMB 2.2 billion in 2021. The R&D team has more than 150 people and has the ability to develop brake assemblies and parts, EPB controllers/domain controllers. The product series is complete and can cover the brake needs of 1.5-4.5 tons of vehicles. It can complete bench tests of all brake assemblies, caliper assemblies (fixed calipers/floating calipers), EPB controllers/domain controllers, road tests of vehicle braking performance, and brake noise matching. The brake industry has the ability to design and develop, manufacture, paint, assemble, test, and road test matching products. Production bases have been built in Shenzhen, Xi'an, Changsha, Shanwei, Changzhou, Fuzhou, Zhengzhou, Hefei and other places. It has more than 60 modern production lines such as machining lines, assembly lines, and painting lines. The production capacity will reach 1.8 million vehicles in 2022 and 2.6 million vehicles in 2023.
