Tenstorrent launches Wormhole n150, a new generation of high-performance AI chip based on RISC-V architecture

AI chip startup Tenstorrent recently announced through its official website that it has launched a new generation of high-performance AI chip Wormhole n150 based on RISC-V architecture. Led by legendary chip architect Jim Keller, this chip has 72 cores and 108 MB SRAM, a main frequency of 1GHz, an operating power of up to 160W, and can provide 262 TeraFLOPs (FP8) of computing power. Tenstorrent's Wormhole n150 chip retails for $999, and Wormhole n300 retails for $1,399. The TT-LoudBox workstation retails for $6,000, while the TT-QuietBox workstation retails for $15,000.
