WeRide prepares for IPO in US

WeRide has secretly submitted an IPO application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, planning to raise $500 million and considering an IPO in the United States before the end of August. The company is headquartered in Guangzhou and mainly provides services and products related to autonomous driving. So far, WeRide has raised more than $1 billion (about RMB 6.863 billion), and its latest valuation may exceed $5 billion. According to a website user, "WeRide has received cornerstone investment from Bosch and GAC."
