CATL strengthens cooperation with Luoyang Guohong Investment Holding Group to strengthen upstream new energy metal resource layout

Soon after announcing its investment in the Luoyang base, CATL signed a cooperation agreement with Luoyang Guohong Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. Guohong Group intends to increase the capital of Sichuan Times with its 100% equity in Luoyang Mining Group Co., Ltd. Sichuan Times will indirectly hold 24.68% of Luoyang Molybdenum's equity through Luoyang Mining Group, becoming the second largest indirect shareholder of Luoyang Molybdenum.
