Founded in May 2017, Zhenqu Technology is a high-tech company dedicated to providing domestic power semiconductors and new energy vehicle drive solutions. Headquartered in Pudong, Shanghai, it has set up many subsidiaries in Liuzhou, Guangxi, Pinghu, Zhejiang, Wuhu, Anhui, Lingang, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, and Aachen, Germany. As of the end of March 2024, there are more than 200 R&D engineers among the company's more than 400 formal employees. More than 50% of the R&D team have doctoral or master's degrees, more than 30% of the employees have overseas study and work experience, and almost all R&D personnel have fluent German/English communication skills. The team has nearly 400 patents and applications. In the seven years since its establishment, Zhenqu Technology has been developing high-performance motor controllers and self-developed power modules for new energy vehicles, which have been designated by more than 30 mass-produced models of first-tier passenger car OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers at home and abroad, including but not limited to domestic first-tier customers such as SAIC-GM-Wuling, Chery Automobile, Seres Automobile, Changan Automobile, and well-known overseas customers such as Volvo, Schaeffler, India's Tata, Engiro, and Deutz. In the field of third-generation power semiconductors, Zhenqu has established a joint laboratory with Japan's Rohm Semiconductor and completed the iterative development of multiple silicon carbide (SiC) modules. Currently, Zhenqu has reached in-depth cooperation with top international vehicle manufacturers and Tier 1, achieving the export of module products overseas and high-quality and stable supply. At the same time, Zhenqu Technology has developed its own tool chain and built a complete power module and electronic control test center. Its testing capabilities have been recognized by CNAS and have a complete one-stop testing and verification capability from power chips, power modules, electronic control machines to powertrains.
