Zhenqu Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in Zhangjiang, Shanghai in May 2017 and is the company's headquarters and R&D center; Zhenqu Technology (Liuzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in Liuzhou, Guangxi in August 2018 and is an electric control manufacturing base; Zhenqu Technology (Germany) Co., Ltd. was established in Aachen, Germany in September 2018 and is a European business development and R&D center; Shanghai Lingang Power Electronics Research Co., Ltd. was established in Lingang, Shanghai in March 2019 and is a cutting-edge technology R&D center; Zhenqu Semiconductor (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. was established in Jiaxing, Zhejiang in July 2022 and is a high-performance automotive power module manufacturing base; Zhenqu Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in Hangzhou, Zhejiang in May 2024 and is an advanced software R&D center. Zhenqu Technology is highly recognized by all sectors of society and has received strategic investment from Volvo Cars and Schaeffler Group, as well as strong support from domestic first-line fund institutions including Legend Capital, CICC Capital, Yuanhe Chenkun, China Merchants Capital, Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Fund, Lenovo Capital, Shanghai International, and C Capital.
