Wolfspeed's power electronics portfolio is mainly SiC-based Schottky diodes, MOSFETs and power modules. The Wolfspeed product portfolio covers a large number of industries and applications that require low to high power solutions, including electric vehicles (EV), industrial power supplies, grid infrastructure, solar and renewable energy, test equipment, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and other high-power systems. These include 1200V and 1700V SiC-based modules with different packaging, a variety of MOSFET topologies, Schottky and MOSFET body diode anti-parallel options, and can be simulated in advance to speed up time to market.
