Car owner complaints dropped in January, with Geely Auto at the top of the list

According to data from the Auto Quality Network, in January 2025, a total of 11,875 valid complaints from car owners were received, a decrease of 24.6% from the previous month and 15.5% from the previous year. Among them, 893 models were involved, and 224 models had double-digit complaints. In the "Top 30 List of Model Complaints in January 2025", Geely Auto, SAIC-GM Chevrolet, Chery Automobile and other automakers ranked in the top ten.
