Li Xiang, Chairman and CEO of Ideal Auto, recently publicly stated that end-to-end autonomous driving technology can only solve the L3 level of assisted driving problems and cannot achieve L4 level autonomous driving. His view is at odds with He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of Xpeng Motors, who believes that the lower limit of the end-to-end model is expected to be rapidly improved by 2025, and it is possible to achieve autonomous driving capabilities beyond the L4 level within two years.
