The total planned investment in the first phase is RMB 11 billion (registered capital of RMB 3 billion). It is an integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise jointly established with Xinlian Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinlian Integration") and Shaoxing Binhai New Area Xinxing Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) to form a strategic synergy with Xinlian Integration. Xinlian Yuezhou focuses on the characteristic technology of integrated circuits, facing the directions of intelligence, low carbon and new energy, and its products are mainly used in many fields such as new energy vehicles, power grids, Internet of Things, industrial control, mobile communications, consumer electronics, etc.
