Ruijun Semiconductor successfully developed its first LED driver chip product in 2015, and currently ranks first in China in terms of shipments of LED driver switch chips. In the field of LCD touch drive, mass production is expected in 2024. In 2019, it was the first in China to achieve mass production of MOSFET 12-inch wafer process, and its MOSFET products are at the leading level in China in the fields of motor control and power conversion. In 2023, it will develop MCU/LCD touch chip-V4.0.
