Xizhi Technology releases the first batch of automotive-grade SiC power module mass production products

On July 22, Xizhi Technology announced that its first batch of automotive-grade SiC power module mass production products have been successfully rolled off the production line and started production. These products are high-end electric drive SiC plastic-encapsulated power modules independently developed by Xizhi Technology. They have won the recognition and trust of many well-known OEM manufacturers at home and abroad for their excellent performance and stable product quality. Especially in the customized development of SiC DCM plastic-encapsulated power modules, Xizhi Technology has made remarkable progress and has currently received large-scale production orders from customers. It is expected to start large-scale production in the fourth quarter of this year. This progress marks that Xizhi Technology is in a leading position in the localization process of SiC modules.
