Shanghai Electric Drive Generation Capacity

In terms of production capacity building, Shanghai Electric Drive Co., Ltd. passed the TS16949 quality system certification in 2010, built a batch production line of motors and their control systems with an annual output of 50,000 sets in 2012, and built an annual production capacity of 100,000 sets of motors and their control systems in 2014; in November 2015, the company and Broad-Ocean Motor completed a major asset reorganization and integrated to form a new energy business department. In 2016, it passed the IATF 16949 quality system certification, and in 2017, it built a fully automatic production line for passenger car and commercial vehicle drive motors with a production capacity of 240,000 sets. In May 2019, the company's annual production of 150,000 sets of three-in-one electric drive assembly production line was completed and put into production. In April 2022, the world's first batch of electric drive assembly products for new energy vehicles rolled off the production line.
