ON Semiconductor and Volkswagen Group Sign Long-term Cooperation Agreement

ON Semiconductor and Volkswagen Group recently signed a long-term cooperation agreement, and ON Semiconductor will become the main supplier of complete power box solutions for Volkswagen Group's new generation Scalable System Platform (SSP) traction inverter. This solution is based on silicon carbide technology and can be expanded to all power levels, including high power to low power traction inverters, to meet the needs of all vehicle categories.
