Qingchun Semiconductor (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingchun Semiconductor") is a high-tech chip company focusing on the field of silicon carbide (SIC) semiconductors. It specializes in the research and development and industrialization of SIC power devices. It was established in Baoshan District, Shanghai in March 2021. Qingchun Semiconductor has an internationally leading SIC device design and process R&D team, including SIC diodes and MOSFETs, and has passed industrial and automotive grade tests.
