Volkswagen announces the main production location of the new all-electric compact car, with the Wolfsburg plant becoming the focus

Volkswagen recently announced that the Wolfsburg plant will become the main production site for its new all-electric compact car. The next-generation electric Golf will be produced in Wolfsburg based on the company's new software-driven scalable system platform, along with the high-volume electric T-Roc.
