Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. withdraws management integration agreement with Honda Motor Co., Ltd.

According to Nikkei, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has decided to withdraw its agreement with Honda Motor Co., Ltd. on management integration. Although the two parties originally planned to integrate through a holding company, they made this decision because they could not reach an agreement on the integration ratio and other conditions.
