Siemens splits several of its divisions

Siemens, a European industrial conglomerate, also spun off Siemens Healthineers and listed it in 2018, and Siemens Energy in 2020. By 2022, Siemens headquarters will spin off its large drive business (LDA), Sykatec Division, Weiss Spindle Technology Division, and the low-voltage motor and reduction motor division of Siemens Digital Industries Group to form an independent new company "Innomotics".
