Honeywell plans to split its business units

Honeywell, a large American conglomerate, recently announced plans to separate its aerospace division from its automation business, which is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026. At the same time, Honeywell will continue to advance its advanced materials division spin-off plan, which is expected to be completed this year or early next year. Currently, the aerospace business accounts for 40% of Honeywell's annual revenue. After the spin-off, the business is expected to become one of the world's largest aviation suppliers.
