Wolfspeed's first 8-inch silicon carbide fab generates revenue of $52 million

Wolfspeed's first 8-inch silicon carbide plant, the Mohawk Valley Device Plant, was put into production in April 2022 and achieved revenue of $52 million in one quarter. This plant mainly produces 8-inch silicon carbide ingots and substrates, which is an important source of income for Wolfspeed.
