Tesla's energy business continues to grow, hitting a record high

Tesla's energy business continued to achieve strong growth in the second quarter, with revenue reaching $3.014 billion, doubling from the same period last year, and profits also increased significantly. The company's deployed energy storage products Megapack and Powerwall reached 9.4Gwh, setting a record high for a single quarter. Tesla also mentioned that the Lathrop energy storage plant in California set a single-quarter record in production in the second quarter, while the Shanghai Super Factory is proceeding as planned and is expected to start production in the first quarter of next year.
