Teradyne acquires automated test equipment technology and related development team from Infineon Technologies

Teradyne announced that it has successfully acquired automatic test equipment technology and related development teams from Infineon Technologies. This transaction will not only enable Teradyne to continue to provide manufacturing support to Infineon, but also provide Infineon with greater flexibility to meet its needs for professional test equipment. This 80-person team located in Regensburg, Germany will help Teradyne accelerate the development of power semiconductor test systems, which is an increasingly important field.
