On July 24, Ms. Chen, an employee of a car rental company in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, said that her newly purchased Polar Fox car caught fire while driving. After the BAIC factory staff arrived at the scene, they first covered and removed the car logo. In response, Polar Fox customer service responded that the authenticity of the incident of removing the car logo was still being verified. As for the cause of the fire, the staff reported that the fire started from the upper part of the vehicle, not the battery. At present, the fire has been put out and no one was injured. Staff have been arranged to go to the scene to assist the fire department in confirming the cause of the fire.
