Former employee of Tianci Materials subsidiary sentenced for leaking trade secrets

Tianci Materials announced that Li Sheng, a former employee of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiujiang Tianci High-tech Materials Co., Ltd., was sentenced to four years and four months in prison and fined 4.5 million yuan for leaking trade secrets. After leaving in 2021, Li Sheng violated his confidentiality obligations and disclosed Tianci Materials' unique process technology information to Zhejiang Yanyi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd.
