EVE Energy penetrates into BMW's supply chain, providing power batteries for high-end pure electric vehicles

The cooperation between EVE Energy and BMW Brilliance began in 2020. EVE Energy became the second Chinese power battery manufacturer to enter the BMW supply chain after CATL. In 2022, EVE Energy will provide large cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells for the BMW Group's Neue Klasse series of models. In March 2023, Yiwei Lithium Energy's energy storage and power battery project in Shenyang, Liaoning officially started construction. The project has a total investment of 10 billion yuan and a planned production capacity of 40GWh. It mainly produces energy storage and power batteries with low temperature resistance, high energy density and high reliability.
